what im saying IS true. im not talking about this guy in particular. but it is very true. i know what locking is, it is kinda self explanatory and the fact remains that it doesnt take a rocket scientist such as yourself to figure it out. i've breakdanced a lil in the past in L.A. and had friends that pop locked and they called it pop locking.
