that happens to mine when I find the floor a bit too often. check the tail rotor...if you take it off there's probably hair etc. trapped between the rotor and the boom. Clean it up because it slows the rotor down too much to be corrected by trimming and results in the spinning. That's what I reckon without seeing it anyway. It's worth checking the main rotor for hair and fluff occasionally too. Hope that helps.

... has anyone heard of wikipedia? it's originally sold as the Picoo Z. Americans, showing their superiority (!) feel the need to brand it as a havoc heli. what a stupid name. oh well. there you go. and they are awesome btw.
