what a crock! the debate is about people obeying the laws. my wife is foreign and non-white, but her interests are not represented by the open border lobby who only want open borders for latinos, not for peoples from other parts of the world. the immigration laws of most other nations are respected. mexico in particular enforces very strict immigration laws against their latino neighbors to the south. Read the treaties of Velasco, the Rio Grande was the border! So the south bank was mexico and the north bank was the US. mexico attacked US troops on US soil because mexico thought they could get away with it. I know mexico tried to claim the Nueces as the border, but they didn't have a leg to stand on. They LOST the war with Texas, therefore they were in no position to make demands. Morons like you would have Japan and Germany dictating the treaty terms after WWII. Doesn't work that way.
