also Joe, it's a war on ideology. There is no determination of who wins and who loses. You can't have a war on a mentality. All you have to do is imagine us being invaded on the streets of NYC and Philly etc..I'd take up arms in a second. Many of the people fighting us are standing against our occupation, and that will never end until we're gone.
Since when are we supposed to be the nation builders anyway? As proven, we're fcking broke and can't afford it, even if we wanted too!

No,it's a resource war.We are right now building permanent bases and the infrastructure to control the output and production of the Iraqi petro reserves. Problem is, it' all being done by the private sector, private mercs outnumber American troops, US Defense contrators are making billions and solidyfing horrendous amounts of capital.
We don't get this story though, our system of news is corporate based, revenue based, ran by a few.Thankfully the people still have the net,for the time being.

This war is not about oil or we would already have won it. This is a war a terror. This is a war against the terrorists who are running Iraq. America and the UK has given Iraq there first government instead of dictatorship. George Bush and UK former Prim Minister Tony Blair has invaded Iraq,Executed the leadership of Saddam Hussein And has given Iraq a democratic Government in which we helped the people of Iraq choose. It might be for oil, or to "help" people, who knows, but honestly, if people didnt care for others (USA not caring for the Mid-East) than something would go insanely horrible, or better, pending on where you're fighting

Eregost, you drink way to much lib juice or your too high to think for yourself? If the US wanted to take the oil...we would take the oil.
