Hmm, don't know. But it looks very 80s-90s. However, I think Russian television generally has a lower quality than Sweden.. so it might've been recorded sometime in the 00's as well.

I think it was 2000 in Kremlin Palace of Russia...he was only 19 back then, and was the youngest singer in record to have sung in a concert in Kremlin
