Well if you look at the musical structure of it all, shred guitar and power metal is very influenced by classical, also if you look it up and recent study on the personalities of people compared to their musical preferences they found that people who preferred classical music and people who preferred metal displayed exactly the same traits, the whole thing runs deeper :D look it up
