He actually used some Spanish words(36" "Ti me mame" "Ni pagare, Te amo" and even some Shakira's vocal effects) ,and then some Taiwanese Russian :-) t the end he said "mi papa"

Because he is not using any Hi Tek tools to enhance his voice. But I can tell you something, I am 100% sure this guy is using his own voice as opossed to the other guy whom I personally believe is using the aid of a voice sampled Synthesizer (of course, he would have been singing live but what you heard was the synthesized voice with some vibrato and pitch bending, just ask any professional keyboard player)
