Great vid. This movie just shows how our forefathers persevered. They were not trained and had to endure hardships. No-one should forget that.
p.s. friends don't say F*** U.S.A.-you know who I'm talking about.

Britain was never Americas enemy to start with, We were your founders and mother country.
Then some settlers rebelled and satrted a revolt.
Then later again, it turned into a world wide revolution with britains arch enemys cashing in on the upset.
We never fully commited to the War, and thanx to the interventions the american settlements were liberated.
Then people migrated from all over and built the country up to what it is today.
We agreed peace, and have been close friends since. THE END

At American Revolutionary War with yanks facing "certain defeat" to the British..and "It is a War America could not have survived without French assistance".. ONLY reason the French bailed out yanks (yes Spanish Dutch helped too) wasn't kindness to america but because French were terrified of British Empire
Although the French did liberate America..and only small % of British troops were involved, the British later gained revenge over the French notably Duke of Wellington defeated Napoleon.

But when they add based on a true stroy americans are stupid enough to take it as true history.

it's funny about how much historical inaccuracies there are in this film
1. only about 1/3 of americans supported the war effort. the 2/3 of americans either did not care or were loyalists.
2. Many slaves actually supported the British and native americans supported the British as well.
3. The British did not commit those atrocities depicted in the film. It is a complete exaggeration of the war.

I don't know what would movies be without John Williams. Scores are meant to fit the screen, but JW always goes well beyond that, and that's why most of his scores are so epic.
I don't know about you, but IMHO movie scores are starting to suck just like the rest of the music industry. They fit the screen, and that's it.. No one writes something memorable, something that will be remembered for years.
Just my thoughts.
