The bag is off my head, and my anger is "BOILING" I have lost everything and my employer has lost nothing even though I can prove my accident was due to their negligence. I have suffered further injury due to the GROSS NEGLIGENCE of my case manager Sylvia Tarasoff Scharback, of the Sask WCB who has "INTENTIONALLY" caused me further injury. My injury claim file proves beyond a shadow of doubt, that my injury needed a operation, yet this fucken witch DENIED me any fucken HELP.

I wonder how these people go home and sleep at night.WCb staff must sleep with one eye open knowing the amount of families that suffer because of their neglect and ignorance.I wonder if the case workers even use their real names.

Injured workers are abused because the political parties approve the legislation that make it happen. The political parties empower the WCB staff with this abusive power .

It most likely is possible that Doctors and Lawyers are nothing more than WCB Whores. I find most professionals who hang out within their own peer groups have NO shame, after all we are nothing more than a comodity in their eyes. But the bottomline the blame rest with the political parties, they hold the vote and the power to resind the WCB Act . Wayne has alway said that the political parties are the real abusers .

you have a lot of good points wayne.very good question on why docs or lawy take a stand, im sure their excuses would vary but,did you ever hear of persumptious status it states that wcb has to prove ones injury isnt work related rather than the worker proving it is.not sure on your situation if you have a group of people you represent but i know of a group in nfld that started up family alliance to represent injured workers.
